Application steps

1. Click the link above to apply. Should this link not be live, it is because we are not currently accepting applications. To be notified when we begin accepting applications, complete this form to be placed on our Youth Programs email list. When applications open, you will receive an email with a link to the New Camper Application Form, or you can check back here in late December.

2. The application form should be completed by the prospective camper (not the parent.) Learning to soar is a serious (and fun!) undertaking and we’re looking for campers who show a level of interest and maturity to make the most of their camp experience. Our understanding of the prospective camper’s reason for applying and what her or she will bring to camp is key and we want to hear directly from them.

3. After we have reviewed all applications, we will contact a shortlist of applicants to schedule a phone or video call with the prospective camper and his or her parents/guardian. This call is an opportunity to make sure our camp is a good fit for the camper and to answer any questions that she or he may have.

4. Applicants will be notified of our decision at the end of March. Demand for our camps is high; every year we receive many more applications than we can accept. As we cannot accommodate all that are interested, we offer flight training alternatives for your child all season - from late May until late October. Please contact our office if you would like to discuss this option.

Note: You only have to go through this application process prior to your camper’s first summer. The registration for subsequent summers will only consist of completing the returning camper registration form.
